Leadership Innovations Workshop
The Leadership Innovations Workshop is a transformative event designed to empower and equip young and middle-aged professionals with the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools to become visionary and effective leaders in their respective fields. The workshop will take place in Kigali, Rwanda: a city renowned for its progressiveness and commitment to innovation, from 13th to 18th November 2023.
The Workshop aims to help participants create high-level strategies and action plans that can be applied immediately as a catalyst for positive results innovation. The workshop focuses on capability building with actionable strategies and techniques. At the end of the three-day practical workshop, the participants would be able to develop Innovative tools and procedures to manage change effectively, explore fresh perspectives and approaches to leadership, examine and reflect upon their own style of leading, and return to their organization and country with innovative solutions on how to implement social change for impact.
