Africa’s demographic reality positions youth as the continent’s greatest asset for achieving sustainable development, economic transformation, and continental integration. The African Youth Leadership and Entrepreneurship Conference (AYLEC) is a flagship Pan-African youth platform organized by Inspiration Care and Development Centre Africa (ICDCA) to strengthen youth leadership, entrepreneurship, and civic participation across Africa.
Since 2020, AYLEC has been hosted in Nigeria, Rwanda, Kenya, Ghana, and Zambia, engaging youth leaders, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and development partners from over 30 African countries. This year’s edition will be held in Dakar, Senegal and will build on this legacy to further support the African Union’s vision of a people-driven, prosperous, and integrated continent
