About AYLEC
The African Youth Leadership and Entrepreneurship Conference AYLEC is a Pan-African youth leadership conference established to foster leadership development in Africa.
AYLEC mobilized youth across Africa Countries, equipped them with relevant tools and information for the social and economic advance of Africa, and provided them a platform to connect with global opportunities.
The first and second edition was hosted in the city of Kigali in 2021 and 2022 respectively in partnership with the Government of Rwanda under the leadership of His Excellency President Paul Kagame, and in partnership with the Ministry of Youth and Culture Republic of Rwanda.
This year’s conference is committed to delivering a greater impact by convening over 1,500 delegates including youth delegates from all over Africa, Head of State and Government of Kenya, Kenya's Minister of Youth Affairs, Sports and Art, private and public-sector organizations, National Youth Council Kenya, various bilateral and multilateral development partners, civil society, and high- profile dignitaries.
