At Inspiration Care, we are committed to delivering high-quality training programmes, workshops, conferences, and events that create meaningful impact for individuals and communities. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for payments made to Inspiration Care.

By registering for any of our programmes, events, or services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Services Covered by This Policy

This policy applies to payments made for:

  • Training programmes
  • Workshops and conferences
  • Event registrations
  • Other educational or capacity-building programmes organized by Inspiration Care

2. General Refund Eligibility

Eligible refunds may be granted subject to applicable administrative and payment processing costs.

Refund requests will not be considered once:

  • The training programme, workshop, conference, or event has commenced;
  • Access has been granted to programme materials or digital resources;
  • The service has been substantially delivered or completed.

3. Participant Cancellation Policy

Participants who are unable to attend an event or programme may request a refund according to the following schedule:

Cancellation Period

Refund Amount

Cancellation made at least 30 days before the event

100% refund excluding administrative and payment processing fees

Cancellation made at least 14 days before the event

70% refund of the amount paid

Cancellation made within 7 days of the event

No refund available

Refund requests submitted between 8 and 13 days before an event may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Inspiration Care.

4. Non-Refundable Payments

The following payments are non-refundable:

  • Donations and charitable contributions
  • Government filing fees
  • Payment processing charges
  • Administrative fees already incurred
  • Downloaded digital materials, publications, recordings, or resources
  • Services that have already been delivered or substantially completed

5. Event Cancellation by Inspiration Care

If Inspiration Care cancels a programme, workshop, conference, or event, registered participants will be entitled to:

  • A full refund of amounts paid, excluding payment processor fees where such fees are non-recoverable; or
  • An option to transfer the registration to a rescheduled date or alternative programme, where applicable.

6. Duplicate Payments

Where a participant makes a duplicate payment for the same programme or event, Inspiration Care will issue a full refund of the duplicate amount received, excluding any non-refundable payment processor charges.

7. Technical Payment Errors

Where payments are incorrectly processed due to technical or system errors, Inspiration Care will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, issue a full refund excluding any non-refundable payment processor charges.

8. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing and should include the following information:

  • Full name of the participant or payer
  • Receipt or transaction reference number
  • Date of payment
  • Name of the programme, workshop, or event
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Contact details for follow-up communication

9. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days from the date of approval.

Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Processing timelines may vary depending on the financial institution or payment provider involved.

10. Discretionary Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, including medical emergencies or other situations beyond the participant’s control, Inspiration Care may review refund requests outside the standard policy on a case-by-case basis. Any exception granted shall be solely at the discretion of Inspiration Care and shall not constitute a waiver of this policy.

11. Changes to This Policy

Inspiration Care reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any revisions will become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
